Kara Kat, Madame Gentle Paws went to that great catnip field in the sky today. We hadn't seen her in about 48 hours so when Nate got home from work he went looking and found her, curled up in the computer room. About five minutes later the Vet called, since we had made an appointment for her, to confirm tomorow's appointment. (Nate switched the cat to go to the vet since Phoebe needs to go too.) Anyway the clouder is down to three now from the high of four.

The Inuksuk Obliteration
This crazy Middleman TV fic is like an episode of the show. Complete with waky happenings and even wakier solutions and incredibly in character and well written.

Scenes from a Cultural Exchange or The Muppets Take New Burbage
This is a crossover I didn't know needed doing until I read it. Slings & Arrows and Muppets works extremely well. It is not hard to picture these wacky hijinks ensueing.

Ghost of an Idea
My gift was a Warehouse 13. It is a heart warming tale of Christmas in the warehouse. The historical detail is spot on and cranky Artie is always fun.

A Harsh Breath
Captain America (2011). This is a newly awakened Steve Rogers trying to find what he'd missed with some help from Tony Stark. Much darker than I usually like but still a possible way this would go.

One of a Kind
Captain America (2011) A yuletide madness of Dr. Erskine and Peggy talking about Steve and why he is the one to test the formula on. A nice character insight to all three.

Rumors and Telephone Calls
Captain America (2011). This is one of the year after Steve missed the date fics. This one though has a sneaky Howard who plans an eveing with friends to cheer Peggy up. It is both sad and fun. And ends somewhat hopeful which I like in a fic.

We decided yesterday to do photo Christmas cards this year (you upload to Costco.com and they are ready in 24 hours to be picked up and the Costco closest to us is opn till 5pm Christmas Eve so we can pick them up on the way to the Grandparents tonight.) So this is the post asking if you want one. If so comment with the address and I'll screen comments and not respond to the ones with addreses so they don't appear publically. Needless to say our cards will arrive in the later days of the twelve days of Christmas. (The twelve days start on December the twenty-fifth and run until January the fifth.) I say as long as cards get there in that time we're good.=)
