If you live in the greater Portland, Oregon area and looking for something to do tommarrow before it gets to be the surface of Mercury, my Medieval group is invading the Beaverton Farmer's Market for a Medieval Day at the Market. I will be dancing at about 9AM (lasting for about fifteen minutes.) I will also have some of my pottery with me. The festivities run from 8:30AM to 1:30PM. So drop by and say hi.

It was fun despite the heat. We also had our shire' heavy and rapier defender tourneys as well. But it was almost too hot.

Sounds like it really was fun. And I keep hearing from various friends that are still in Oregon that it is entirely too hot there. Sorry to hear it.

When the hubby checked the temperature at 8:30pm it was 94 here in Newberg. Ick. It isn't suppossed to be like that here.
