It is 12:56 AM and it sounds like the neighbors are doing some kind of construction and have bee doing so all night. What the heck?

Oi!!

Well they quit hammering and such like aroun 1:30 only to start again at 5AM. Really who, besides me, would use poper tools in the middle of the night? (The only way I would use power tools at midnight was if it was an emergency home repair or I lived on some acreage and nate wasn't home.)
