I have to say if you are thinking about taking up pottery don't. It is incredably fustrating. Especially if you take up woodfiring. I got a few really nice pieces but apparently those were some of the really good ones in the entire kiln. I like the lighter pinks on the porcelain but others find it disapointing. I feel bad about being happy with my work. I guess I can't win. I have no idea if Earc will be happy or not with his pieces. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
