Boring Day

So I fell asleep at about 2:30AM yesterday and woke up at 5:40AM and couldn't get back to sleep till 7:30AM. Then I woke up every two hours till 1PM.(I was trying to get 8 hours total like you are suposed to because I thought I was going to be driving to Beaverton to meet redscorner for coffee, but that got cancelled. [Don't worry,redscorner I'm not upset. You just get better and we'll reschedule.] One shouldn't drive on three hours sleep if one can help it as I've found out several times. Never crashed but have been scared a couple times.)

So instead of running the errands in Beaverton, I made cinnamon roll dough and real hot chocolate. The kind where you melt the chocolate and add the milk and heat it without scorching the milk. Then earcmacfithil came home and we tried to deposit a bunch of coins in my bank but they wanted them rolled so we went to Blockbuster and i rented the last disk of season 3 of CSI that I needed to see and the Lake House. Then to KFC for honey BBQ snackers (mmmmNUMMM). I payed in coins both places. Then came home.

I finished watching CSI and then the Lake House. Then I finished up making the cinnamon rolls. Now they are rising.

BTW I was watching the "Out of Gas" episode of Firefly and noticed something I hadn't in the previous 20 odd viewings. That is that the pirate captain that shoots Mal and trys to take his ship is wearing a red sash. This is significant because it was one of the things that pirate captains wore in the Carribbean in the 1700's.

I hope you're able to get some more sleep soon! If I have less than five hours a night I'm a zombie the next day. Urgh.

How was the hot chocolate? I've never been too successful at making it the real way but when others have made it, it's been delicious!

I did eventually get sleep just not all at once.

The hot chocolate was great. I'll probably make an another one today (I ran out of cocco powder Sunday and like at least one cup a day.)

Ooo, I hadn't noticed that about the red sash either, and you know how obsessive a fan I am of Firefly. Good catch. =)

I DO know how obbsesive you are about Firefly after all I caught the bug from you. *grin*

I loved the Lake House to ickkle bitty bits. Keanu is so very pretty. The story was good too.

Which is strange because paitience isn't one of my virtues normally.=) I'm glad you are better. As you can see from the way my day went, I have so much other stuff to do. NOT! (OK I'm in a some what sarcastic mood right now so don't mind me.)

Seriously, do what you gotta do and we'll reschedule to a time that works for you as I really don't have much of a schedule other than Friday dance practice and second wednessday bussiness meetings. I really do lead a boring life.
