1. Leave a comment to this post - specifically saying that you would like a letter.
2. I will give you a letter.
3. Post the names of five fictional characters whose names begin with that letter, and your thoughts on each. The characters can be from books, movies, or TV shows.

My letter is C

1. Captain America, Steve Rogers- (This should be no surprise to be on this list.) I lisit him as both the man and the superhero because that is the way I think about the character. As the Captain, I think he is brave and strong and does what needs to be done. I like this ion my heroes. No complicated revenge schemes just to do what needs to be done because it is right. As Steve Rogers, he is simply a good man that tries to do what is right because it is the right thing to do. This is a rare trait in the world today and I like seeing that on the screen. I love that he didn't change with the serum. The good man stays the good man.

2. Cordelia Chase- I love that on Buffy she was the snobby girl who gradually became friends with Buffy and crew. The fact that on Angel, she became more of a hero as she got the visions and tried to do what is right makes me happy. It shows that there is hope for those snobs you hated in high school can become good humans eventually. I hated what happened to her in late season 3 and all of season 4. (I like to pretend season 3 ends in Waiting in the Wings just before the Groosalug shows up.) I did like You're Welcome. If she had to die then doing so to get Angel back on track was a good choice. Of course I'd have prefered her to be alive and in all of season 5 but that is just the way Joss is.

3. Cassie Holmes- I love the way that this 13 year old is the driving force of the movie Push. She is the one who asmebles the team to try to take down Division. She is the more mature one in the team of Nick and Cassie, which is funny since she is ten years his junior. I'm fascinated by the idea of what happened after the film ended. Did they ever get her Mother out of Division's clutches and take it down? What all does Cassie see? H0ow does that effect her romantic relationships? I like her power of being a Watcher but I'm not sure I could deal with it myself.

4. Colin Shea (What's Your Number?)- He seems like a man whore, and let's face it- he is. But he doesn't cover it up (or himself, much). Once he befriends you though he seems toughtful and loyal. He does have a heart underneath the womanizing ways.

5. Cameron Mitchell (Stargate SG1)- I think he is the biggest SG fanboy out there. I love how he knows he's the commander of the team on paper but that that means shit when the team is in the field. His overwhelmingly cheerful attitude would be grating if he didn't ballance it with competence in the field and serriousness when needed. He was not my favorite character on the show but I liked him well enough.

Wow - that was quick!

I am absolutely with you on Cordelia Chase and Cameron Mitchell - I don't know the others but Cassie Holmes in particular sounds really interesting.

I'm up procrastinating on rewriting a script and waiting for the San Diego Comic Con Badge resale so I'm doing anything I can to avoid actual script work.=)

Push is a very good movie staring Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning. It is a SciFi that takes the premise of the Nazi experiments with psychics were taken over by other governments and special people developed powers. Watchers see the future. Movers are telekinetics. Bleeders make high pitched enough noises that cause things to burst. Sticthes can repare the damage. Sniffs can track using scent to recall what has happened and find you. Pushers can implant memories. There is one more that can shield you from sniffs but I forget what they are called. Division is the government agency that tries to keep the specials under control and continue the experiments. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0465580/ I highly recommend it.

(I'm on a Chris Evans kick right now. He plays both Captain America in The First Avenger[and the upcoming Avengers movie directed by Joss] and Colin Shea in What's your Number? In fact he has one more C character I could have used but that is on an obscure serries from 2000 that can be found on YouTube[which is how I've seen it] but I thought that would be a bit much.)
