broadway musicals- I'm a theatre heek who like to sing so how can I not love musicals? My favorite is Les Miserables but I love a good Andrew Llyod Webber or Rodgers and Hammerstien musical too.
carpe noctem- Latin for "Seize The Night". I'm a night owl and prefer to do stuff at night. Most of my writting is done between the hours of 10pm and 4am.
dracula 2000- While I am not a fan of horror movies,jedibuttercup persauded me to see this movie (it didn't hurt that Gerard Butler was in it) and I loved it.
duct tape - it's like the Force- it has a Light side and a Dark side and holds the world togeather.
jane austen- Romances from the early Victorian period feeds my sappy side.
refugees from the normality - A group of my friends in College decided that Normality was bad. It was turned into "The Normality Which Threatens To Swallow The World". Those of in this group were the refugees. (In other words we were saying it was cool to be wierd.)
shire of mountain edge- The Shire of Mountain Edge is the local branch of the SCA that encompases Yamhill County, Oregon.

bones - My favorite TV show that is currently running new episodes. It is a Forensics show but it is as much about the characters as the crime. It has the fun toys and gross out factor of CSI, the ensamble interaction of Firefly, and a certain snark factor of Angel. Plus UST that practically jumps out of the screen.

society for creative anachronism- This is the Non-profit education organization thatearcmacfithil and I belong to. It's focus is in recreating pre 17th Century Western Culture. For more info go to www.sca.org.

dr. daniel jackson - He is my favorite character on Stargate SG1. Not only because I think the actor is easy on the eyes (http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k107/MaeveBran/Shanks/Dannygrin.jpg) but as the character is an Achelogist-Anthropology-Linguist he is my access character into the world. I am not a soldier,a mathamatian, or a scientist so it is hard for me to understand where the other characters are comming from but I have always loved history and how different cultures have lived. It is easier for me to understnd where Dr. Jackson is coming from and what he wants.
